In March of 2018, we got customer's inquiry about making a shipping container house for travelling. We make lots of container houses before, to be used as a home, a store, a shop, a camping house etc. But it is the first time to make this house to be moved with a tralier. After confirming with the customer about the door and window size and type, we cut the holes accordingly. High-grade steel is incredibly strong and durable. It can resist harsh weather and offer superb rigidness and security of all things inside. PU foam spraying are used for the insulation inside to against the high and low temperature. In order to have a more natural and traditional house looking inside, the white color of decoration panels are used for interior wall. Also the barthroom is designed and set. The final way is to make the trailer. After talking with different truck suppliers, we got to know how to connect this container house to the trailer. Thus, we finished the whole house in 2 months and got customer's high praise after sending to the site. It's good to get customer's positive response, which also encourage us to improve our technology and quality here.
